Scam Phone Number 9177750031, Dennis Grey US Treasury To be Prosecuted by a magistrate or Grand Jury.
Told to call back 917-775-0031 or we would prosecuted by a magistrate or Grand Jury. Supposedly our second notice. Identified himself as a representative of the US Treasury. "Help me help you" was the basic line. Didn't call back, but did check all the other scam reports on this same scheme.

Tech Support Scam
The US Treasury or the IRS will never make, “out of the blue” calls, demanding payment. Payments will never be accepted by cash cards like Greendot Moneypak.
This scam thrives due to a large part of the American population being unaware, of how the legal process relating to inaccurate tax filings, work.
The IRS will first contact you by mail, not by phone.
The IRS won’t threaten arrest, deportation, wage garnishment or loss of a driver’s license.
The IRS won’t ask you to share credit card information over the phone nor ask you to pay right away
