Scam Phone Number 8889260177, Delaware Solutions 888-926-0177 That I never paid back Fast Cash.
On several, several times this company (888-926-0177) keeps calling I have spoke with them twice, but the information they gave me was not correct they said I had a check cashing place Fast Cash that never was paid back. Never done business with anyone like that, so I said no I will check with my bank & get back with you. None of the info they gave was accurate, so I called back to tell them, but no one would ever answer. So, now they just keep calling & leaving messages on my voicemail stating that they have a law suite against me & I will have to pay way more than that once they file the paperwork, just to come to a settlement with them to clear this up. I said do what you have to do, because I have reported you to Federal agency & my bank & anyone else.
They need to shut these people down, they are taking advantage of people who don't know any better & that is sad, especially now days when every penny counts. What else can I do to stop them from harassing me? They have several different numbers they call from this is only one of them.

The "Delaware Solutions" calls are arriving from India. The crooks use VOIP to conceal their location & identity and the number is spoofed to appear like a local number.
The callers may have certain basic information from customer database of lenders or scam websites offering payday loans, who would have sold such data to rogue companies
Using the data available, the callers pretend to be debt collectors and proceed to use threats, lies, and abusive tactics to extort money which the victim do not owe at all or if owed, is time barred. And time barred debt cannot be recovered through court process.
So the threats by these scam callers are absolutely empty sound bites and are mere scare tactics!
When a scammer calls and asks to pay up, a victim will subconsciously connect the call to his old default & would think that the caller knows about the delinquent payment and might pay up! Many people who might have defaulted on a loan repayment, make grave error of paying money to scammers, who have no relation to the loan!
The best way to stop these calls is to be aggressive and tell the caller you are aware of the scam and the call has already been reported to the police and all his calls are being taped. Be strong and talk to them with authority and force.
These crooks need people who get easily scared so that they can be forced to pay. They will not pursue and waste time with people who are smart.
