Scam Phone Number 8888888888, BLS*WEBLEARN8884612032 ST JULIANS MLT.
I got a charge on my Citicard for an amount of $11.03. I know I did not authorize this charge and I have disputed it. The Merchant Category: COMPUTER SOFTWARE STORE, and it said it was a recurring charge. This is the first charge, and I caught it. I used this website to find out it was a scam. Make sure to review your bills folks! I do it several times a month!

It's quite likely that your card data has been stolen and sold along with that of thousands of others. Even if your bank agrees to reverse the charge, it would be prudent to cancel the card and get a fresh one.
So far, there is no confirmation from any independent source how thousands of cards were compromised though some victims point to the recent Target breach.
The FBI can't brush away the scam by pointing out "its not a large sum of money". It's quite likely that the scammers have stolen data of millions of cards. When such widespread havoc is being created in the country by foreign crooks(possibly supported by foreign Governments) , it's the duty of FBI to act and protect the interest of citizens.
