Scam Phone Number 8666865529, Theresa Jackson, Stark Recovery Says "see you in court".
They claimed I defaulted on a payday loan in 2012, but couldn't give me the name of the original creditor. When I told them not to call again, and I wanted all of this in written form, she couldn't wait to get off the phone. As I was hanging up she finished with the threat of "see you in court."

Fake Survey
The voice messages and calls being received by you threatening to take you to court, on an alleged payday loan default, is most likely a scam. It’s very rare that someone is sued for few hundred dollars! And if at all, you are being sued, you would be 100% aware of the matter, since the company would have furnished all the details related to the default and negotiated with you over along time and still failed to collect.
There is no question of a lender or debt collector suing someone out of the blue!
If callers threaten to sue and wants you to call back, it’s merely a scare tactic. Debt collectors also are prohibited from saying that legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don’t intend to take the action. Never pay a penny unless and until the collector proves that he is authorized to collect the specific debt, if any.
Demand a Debt Validation Notice as mandated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You are most unlikely that you would receive one, proving their hollow claim! And even if you receive one, be careful! It could still be a fraud.
