Fake Buyer
The call is a scam related to compensation agreed to by German drug maker Boehringer Ingelheim for bleeding reported by patients, during the use of blood thinner Pradaxa.
Law suits have also been filed against Bayer’s fast-selling anticoagulant, Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) which is marketed by a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, Janssen Pharmaceuticals. However as on date (Feb 2015) there have been no judgments nor news of any compensation agreement.
Scammers entice people by offering to get compensation and in the process take advance fees and may steal credit card & checking account details.
