Scam Phone Number 8553345624, Jennifer Brooks, UVS Pre-Litigation Services - SCAM ! 855-334-5624.
I don't answer unknown numbers on my phone. So I let it go to Voicemail. Here is the transcript:
"Hello. My name is Jennifer Brooks. I am calling in reference to a fax order for delivery to the address on record for (computer says my name) **** ****. This is the final attempt, please return my call as soon as possible for proper delivery of these documentation, at 1-855-334-5624 regarding this matter."
Called the number back using a caller ID spoofer. A woman answered the phone. I had to ask her several times the name of the company. She finally told me the name was "UVS Pre-Litigation Services."
I asked what her company was licensed to do, and she stated they "they handled legal matters in your county before they go to court to try to settle the issue."
I then asked for a corporate name and number and she stated that "Due to the nature of our business, we do not give out that information." I told her that by law, if she is asked for corporate information, she must provide it. She stated that she "couldn't give me information she did not have."
I asked for a supervisor and she told me that the supervisor "would tell me the exact same thing."
I was placed on hold for about 30 seconds and then the call disconnected.
Called back, same woman answered. Told her she was just speaking to me and I was disconnected after asking for a supervisor. She then told me the "Supervisor was in a meeting and unavailable."
I asked when the Supervisor would be available, she stated: "probably not until tomorrow morning."

Fake Alert Message
The voice messages and calls being received by you threatening to take you to court, on an alleged payday loan default, is most likely a scam. It’s very rare that someone is sued for few hundred dollars! And if at all, you are being sued, you would be 100% aware of the matter, since the company would have furnished all the details related to the default and negotiated with you over along time and still failed to collect.
There is no question of a lender or debt collector suing someone out of the blue!
If callers threaten to sue and wants you to call back, it’s merely a scare tactic. Debt collectors also are prohibited from saying that legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don’t intend to take the action. Never pay a penny unless and until the collector proves that he is authorized to collect the specific debt, if any.
Demand a Debt Validation Notice as mandated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You are most unlikely that you would receive one, proving their hollow claim! And even if you receive one, be careful! It could still be a fraud.
