When I call the # it does a partial ring I called it from a blocked # several times a female finally answered the US Treasury Dept. and I said I'm sorry who did you say you are and she says who is this and I repeat the question and she hangs up.
I waited 10min and called back got partial ring and I said hello, hello (changing my voice like an old person) then acted like I was talking to someone saying there is no answer, then there was some loud noise (paper, wind noise, metal dragging etc) then a man with an India accent said dept of something and I said I'm sorry I didn't hear you what did you said and he said you are calling legal affairs at the US Treasury dept. how can I help you?
I said I got a message from a David Gray and he said ah let me identify myself as required by legal i'm officer David Matthew my badge# is 11414.
Can I have the # where you received the call so I can pull out information (I ask him to repeat what he said like I'm having trouble hearing) and he said can I have you # so I can pull out information. I gave a fake # and he said give me a moment so I can pull out information and there was other people talking in the back ground and after 4-5 seconds the call hung up.

Thanks for sharing the transcript of the voice mail left by scammers from foreign shores!
The US Treasury or the IRS will never make, “out of the blue” calls, demanding payment. Payments will never be accepted by cash cards like Greendot Moneypak.
This scam thrives due to a large part of the American population being unaware, of how the legal process relating to inaccurate tax filings, work.
The IRS will first contact you by mail, not by phone.
The IRS won’t threaten arrest, deportation, wage garnishment or loss of a driver’s license.
The IRS won’t ask you to share credit card information over the phone nor ask you to pay right away
