Scam Phone Number 7867385111, Richard from Fast Cash Loan. he said the IRS had blocked the transfer.
Payday Loan Fraud by Fast Cash Loan company. I was in bad position and needed urgent funds… after I looked around online started getting numerous calls… Richard from Fast Cash Loan told me I will get $1500 loan instantly without any credit check provided I agree to pay 140 every month for 12 months and the first installment to be paid right away I could make monthly payment.
I paid $140 with a moneypak card .. the loan was not transferred. Instead he came back and asked for $220 because of low credit score.. which I refused ..then he said it will be added to 1500 and I will get 1720… Well, I ended up paying $360
And the loan still failed to appear in my account… When I called he said the IRS had blocked the transfer and he needed my tax documents. I may be desperate but even I can learn.

Work from Home Scam
It’s absolutely foolish to agree to sign up for a Loan on phone when the regulations make it mandatory for the lender to be registered, licensed entity and the customer is expected to verify whether the lender is legit and has a permanent address.
For the benefit of all users: A legitimate company will accept payment in its own bank account by check, credit card or by an online bank transfer and hence absolutely clean record of payment flow from customer to company is maintained. It will never ask to pay money by pre paid cash card, Western Union or Moneygram to a third party. If someone asks to pay money by these means for a business or an official transaction, you can take it as FRAUD.
How could any lender be satisfied that the loan will be serviced, by just getting Advance Fee?! No one will give unsecured loan, unless they are absolutely certain that they would be able to recover the entire principle and interest. They will also obtain customer's concurrence to set up automatic monthly charge on the debtors bank account apart from other protections like agreement for wage garnishment. They will also be a registered company so that they can proceed legally, if a customer defaults.
It's foolish to trust a stranger (probably having a bogus website), who offers loan on the phone with no registration & no license to operate the business, in your state.
Is the Company Offering Payday Loan Legitimate or a Fraud? Don’t get scammed! Payday Loan is Illegal in 18 States in the US. Which are those States? A Payday Loan company needs to be registered in states where it offers loan.
