Scam Phone Number 7027180154, Badge #4165 saying it was the Treasury Dept regarding tax fraud.
I have received a call saying it was the Treasury Dept regarding tax fraud. The person who called had badge #4165. Said I was going to be arrested if I did not contact them back.

The US Treasury or the IRS will never make, “out of the blue” calls, demanding payment. Payments will never be accepted by cash cards like Greendot Moneypak.
This scam thrives due to a large part of the American population being unaware, of how the legal process relating to inaccurate tax filings, work.
The IRS will first contact you by regular mail, not by phone.
The IRS won’t threaten arrest, deportation, wage garnishment or loss of a driver’s license.
The IRS won’t ask you to share credit card information over the phone nor ask you to pay right away
