Scam Phone Number 16465890699, David Gray, US Treasury with thick Indian accent 1-646-589-0699.
Man with a thick Indian accent, saying that I had two letters from the IRS, telling me that I had submitted my taxes incorrectly and owed money including penalty fees. That it was too late to pay and I would now be arrested, a lien put on my house, my accounts liquidated. He then switched me to a supervisor before I hung up.

Cruise Offers Scam
The US Treasury or the IRS will never make, “out of the blue” calls, demanding payment. Payments will never be accepted by cash cards like Greendot Moneypak.
This scam thrives due to a large part of the American population being unaware, of how the legal process relating to inaccurate tax filings, work.
The IRS will first contact you by regular mail, not by phone.
The IRS won’t threaten arrest, deportation, wage garnishment or loss of a driver’s license.
The IRS won’t ask you to share credit card information over the phone nor ask you to pay right away
