Foreign Job Offer
The survey is bogus & 'you have won' routine is just an attention grabber which would help the scammer to eventually knock off cash. Some of these could be time-share or travel club marketers who would offer 'free' tickets provided you attend their high decibel sales pitch.
At the presentation which would run for hours, many people who really wish to run away, end up being too embarrassed, not to sign up! And those who decide to go on so the called 'Free Cruise' would find it too restrictive would end up upgrading, paying through their nose.
