The glossy Malaysian travel brochures which you received in mail are complete fraud. The pictures and texts are bogus. Copied from elsewhere and used to perpetuate the scam. The scratchies are fake and there are no prizes. The intention of the scammers is only to steal money from victims by inducing them to wire money (Advance Fee Scam) as “taxes and processing charges”
The fact that the scammers are printing expensive brochures and sending them by post , points to the fact that they are making a hell of a lot of money, duping Australians & New Zealanders.
The need of the hour is spreading of news about this scam deep & wide into communities of these countries, so that consumers are alerted about the fraud.
