Scam Phone Number 5714455332, Caller Solutions Management 571-445-5332 $100 gift card for Target.
They cold called and wanted to send me $100 gift card for Target/Wallmart plus $40 Amex gift card and some other amount for gas - all I had to do was to pay for $6.95 for shipping. The person on the phone was really pushing to get a cc number and told me he can only explain further once he has a payment method from me.
Otherwise he would waste our time since he would have to explain again once after the cc no. was given. I did not do it, researched the web and found similar offers from other phone numbers. I called back to advise at least one person there that they're supporting a scam and this person informed me that I was probably not well explained that I will just have to cancel these programs (that I would have automatically have signed up for- had I given them my cc info) within 30 days and I would have not been charged those higher amounts (whatever they are)... Doesn't seem legitimate!

Free Reward offers come attached with a variety of scams. The ‘Free Card’ would require user to pay shipping and handling, using a credit card which is a ruse to steal data and to fraudulently charge a much higher amount, than the promised S&H charges. The card may never arrive. And if it arrives at all, it will be worthless, since it won’t be accepted by any major retailer.
In another version, the scammer would sign up the victim, for Magazine or digital content subscriptions which have to be cancelled by the victim within a month. Victims being unaware that they have been signed in for subscription (using the credit card info given for making payment for shipping), will miss the deadline to cancel.
Victims are often directed to a phishing website where the his / her login credentials and other personal info are stolen.
A call center in Philippines running this scam was shut down by the police. According to this report “call center agents would call customers in the US and ask them to buy a registration card, which would cost $2.99 excluding processing fees in exchange for $100 gift card vouchers for all gasoline stations in the US, gift cards exclusive for Wallmark Grocery, and other freebies.
After the customers bought the cards through credit cards, the call center agents would no longer communicate with them.”
