Scam Phone Number 5124817946, Said he is with the Technical support department of the microsoft..
I received an early morning call about my computer. The person told me in his heavy Asian accent that he is with the Technical support department of the Microsoft and they have detected virus infection in my computer. It's sending my personal data to scammers! I told him my computer has active Windows Security Essentials and Windows would have blocked virus. he had no answer! 512-481-7946 SCAM!

Classified Ad Scams
It would be extremely unwise for someone to trust an unknown caller and give him access to computer. It’s as good as inviting a thief home and letting him carry out his ‘activities’, without any hindrance!
These foreign scammers are known for injecting virus into victim’s computer and completely damaging it. They will then offer to clean it, for a large Fee.
Even after the payment of Fees, users have found to their horror, that nothing has been done to remove the infections.
The error that we make when we receive such a call, is in presuming that the call is arriving from within the US and hence could probably be legit.
Don’t get carried away by the local number displayed. Scammers from Asia who run call centers spoof the phone number using software, to make it appear local.
