"Steve Martin" left a message saying the call was about a "US treasury" "enforcement action. Also that ignoring the message would constitute "a second offense".

Thanks for sharing the transcript of the Voice Mail left by "Steve Martin"; (the name, currently being used by scamming rats in India to push the "US treasury scam")
The US Treasury or the IRS will never make, “out of the blue” calls, demanding payment. Payments will never be accepted by cash cards like Greendot Moneypak.
This scam thrives due to a large part of the American population being unaware, of how the legal process relating to inaccurate tax filings, work.
