The text message received by you is indeed a scam. Similar messages are sent to thousands of phone numbers. Some of those who have a Achieve Card may fall for the scam thinking it's a genuine alert.
The automated system will ask the victim to key-in, card number, name, date of birth and even the security code! And at the end of it, it will declare that your card is reactivated!
We should call our banks / credit card issuer only at their official phone number which would be at the back of the card. Scammers call and send text messages pretending to be a Bank and will either direct victims to a phishing site or would try to extract account info over the phone.
