Scam Phone Number 3015794209, Financial Litigation Services scam. they need my attorneys info.
Received calls from 301-579-4209, claiming to be from Financial Litigation Services and they need my Attorneys info. I googled the number and even did a reverse number search. It appears a lot of people are getting a call from these crooks, and it appears they all took out a loan from the same company during the same time (!!).
The reverse number search yielded no results at all.

Tax Scam
Scammers use the sentence “Your attorney should call back” to make the call look official & legit.
The intent of the scammer is definitely NOT to get your attorney to call. The scammer knows that almost no one would have an attorney in place, to handle the situation arising out of the threatening telephone call he has just made. The idea is to make the call look legit and the threat seem real.
The victims would not want to engage an attorney straight away, because of costs and trouble involved and instead will call back themselves and could get trapped, if they are not smart enough to spot the scam.
The scammer will emotionally drain the victim scaring him or her to death who would then proceed to pay money, to get out of the non existent “trouble”.
What would happen if someone gets an attorney to call back?! If an attorney calls back, the scammer would play it safe, excuse himself and hang up!!
