Scam Phone Number 2185236541, Indian accented male. Windows Tech Support Scam 218-523-6541.
At 8.30 Am! These nasties have no sense of time! I told him it's too early to call! The little prick didn't have scripted answer to that! And instead starts off about my computer being infected with some virus. Had to bang the phone down.... Nuisance #218-523-6541

Cruise Offers Scam
These foreign scammers are known for injecting virus into victim’s computer and completely damaging it. They will then offer to clean it, for a large Fee.
Even after the payment of Fees, users have found to their horror, that nothing has been done to remove the infections.
The error that we make when we receive such a call, is in presuming that the call is arriving from within the US and hence could probably be legit.
Don’t get carried away by the local number displayed. Scammers from Asia who run call centers spoof the phone number using software, to make it appear local.
