Scam Phone Number 2162175984, LRS Litigators Keeps calling with different number threatening me.

Keeps calling with different number threatening me with a restraining order and that I have 4 hours to return this call.

No legal case can proceed without a formal notice being served in writing. Hence if something is cooking, we would be aware of it since we would have received a notice.

Legitimate debt collectors will send notice in writing with details of debt owed.

Those who call and threaten without sending Debt Validation Notice are scammers who have nothing to do with you except scaring people into paying bogus debts (or debts already paid off)

They use words like “Civil Enforcement Unit”, “Arrest Warrant”, “Restraining Order”, “Wage Garnishment” etc. in an attempt to instill fear.

If they call again, tell them that the call is being recorded as instructed by the Police who are tracking the call. They are crooks and are afraid of police and will stop calling.

Be extremely rude & abusive to these scammers and blast the crooks away. The vast majority of these scammers operate from abroad and deserve to be cussed out.
