Scam Phone Number 2139283135, They #213-928-3135 claim to be the Department of Treasury.
I have received three robo calls from this number claiming to be Steve Martin and if I don't call immediately I will be refusing to address a grand jury. Of course I assumed it was a scam and after the second call I called them to ask them to remove me from their call list. The person I got answered "US Treasury Department". When I simply asked to be removed he called me a bitch and said I would never be removed from his list and "what was I going to do about it"

Fraud Calls
No point in asking them to remove our numbers from their database. They are crooks who can't be expected to follow our requests.
Block their numbers. Delete all voicemails purportedly from the IRS or US Treasury. If any Govt department has an issue to be resolved, it WILL send a letter, through US Mail.
The best method to stop these scam calls, is to be aggressive and tell the caller you are aware of the scam and have been reported to the police. Tell them that the calls are being taped. Raise your voice! Be strong!
Treat the fraudsters with a string of expletives laced with verbal venom.
Don't hold back your anger! Let it go!
These crooks are looking for people who get easily scared and hence can be forced to pay up. They will not pursue and waste time with people who are smart.
