Scam Phone Number 2132893855, David Sullivan? stating a police officer was on his way 213-289-3855.
Very harassing phone calls about collecting tax debt (that I didn't owe) which included stating a police officer was on his way. Terrible people.
Mel Carr Reported: David Sullivan? On 04-19 I received a call from a man by the name of David Sullivan. His threats were so severe that my blood pressure rose to dangerous levels. Please know that this man is a fraud.
Jay Reported: Received multiple voicemails asking that I, or my attorney or record, contact them regarding a debt collection. I returned the call and a male with a middle eastern accent answered the phone indicating he was from the IRS. I immediately knew it was a scam as the IRS does not make initial contact by phone, and does not use a local Los Angeles number. Another male immediately got on the phone and began cussing me out. After hanging up, I received multiple phone calls from the same number, all of which went unanswered.
