Scam Phone Number 2109609020, Jonathan Harris scam! Have yr attorney call or you waive your rights.
Jonathan Harris left a message "Have your attorney call me today or you waive your rights and the case will be taken forward" That may sound menacing to people who are unaware of the scam. These crooks call and leave this BS on thousands of phones. They are indeed phishing for the gullible who could get scared, call back only to be scared to death.. eventually they extract money "to let go" !! Report the call immediately to your local police department

Sweepstake Scam
Scammers use the sentence “You or your attorney should call back” within a specified time, very often during the bogus debt collection and extortion calls.
The intent of the scammer is definitely NOT to get your attorney to call. The scammer knows that almost no one would have an attorney in place, to handle the situation arising out of the threatening telephone call he has just made. The idea is to make the call look legit and the threat seem real.
The victims would not want to engage an attorney straight away, because of costs and trouble involved and instead will call back themselves and could get trapped, if they are not smart enough to spot the scam.
The scammer will emotionally drain the victim scaring him or her to death who would then proceed to pay money, to get out of the non existent “trouble”.
What would happen if someone gets an attorney to call back?! If an attorney calls back, the scammer would play it safe, excuse himself and hang up!!
