Scam Phone Number 2028647844, very thick accent calls claiming to be with a govn't dept. for grants.
Someone with a very thick accent calls claiming to be with a govn't dept. for grants. When I call back it rings forever and no one picks up. 99% sure this is a scam. I hung up.

Fraud Calls
Scam artists from within and abroad are targeting citizens with phone calls offering bogus Government Grant ranging from $6000 to $10000. The scammers assure the potential victim that this would not cost him / her anything and that the grant money never had to be paid back. To convince the victim, the scam artists informs: "You were selected because you pay your bills and taxes on time and don't have a criminal background" The victims are asked to call back with a reference # and that's when they are told of get a Greendot Moneypak card worth $150 or more and the Grant will be transferred within 24 hours!
