Fake Offer Scam

Scam Phone Number 18448062642, Destination Traveler's Assoc. DTA Michelle Bailey, Customer Relations .

I received today, Destination Traveler's Association scam letter! Respond no later than August 8th, 2014, for two(2) round-trip airline tickets anywhere in Continental United States, to and from a major international airport. Offer is extremely limited and time sensitive.

Says respond by July 25th, 2014 and receive and an additional two (2) nights of hotel accommodations to be used with your airline tickets (valued up to $295.00).

This is one of those travel club membership marketing gimmicks. The offer is conditional. You have to attend a sales presentation running into hours, together with your partner so that one can be played against the other!. You have to have a major credit card (so that you could be charged a large amount for the club!)

At least few people who walk in to gather Free Round Trip Tickets, end up exposing their credit cards to thousands of dollars.

Whether the travel club itself is of any real value is another matter to be researched. Most probably it won't be.
