Scam Phone Number 18007179850, claiming they are apple support. sounded like an Indian man 1800717985.
a pop up will appear on your I phone stating that your phone has been hacked and you must call apple support they give you a phone number 1-800-717-9850 to call which is NOT apple support they are going to have you connect your phone to your computer and ask first and last name date of birth and zip code tell you about kooboos or something which is a hacking virus and tell you u must take all your devices to some random store for 2-3 days and pay 190-220 dollars and of course no one wants to be without their internet/phone life. so they say that you can do it online and they will connect you to the online store which takes 40-90 mins to have this hacking thing off your phone! it is a scam. I called apple and reported. if you hang up they will try calling back from an out of country number +8004575916 the person I spoke with sounded like an Indian man with lots of sounds in the back ground.
barb Reported: said they from Apple. said I was hacked and wanted money to fix all my components
