Scam Phone Number 17788048749, Pivot Loans, Patricia (Indian) Need to verify with $500 Pivot Voucher.
I applied for a loan and received a phone call from 778-804-8749 from an Indian lady by the name of Patricia. Needless to say, they said that I was approved but needed to verify myself via a $500.00 Pivot Voucher. I questioned this as every financial institution within Canada can verify your savings by providing a 30 day banking account detail print off. I ended the call with her and within 30 minutes, I have another call from an Indian gentleman pushing me to do a money gram through Canada Post for $500.00 as opposed to the Pivot Voucher. I said "no" ... He insisted that my doing this was a "matter of trust". None-the-less, this made me immensely suspicious. I googled the reviews and guess what, this is a complete SCAM. I am relieved that I did the research prior.

Pivot Loans is a scam. Thanks for posting the fact that the scammers are Indians who are looking to steal money by asking to "verify the customer via a $500.00 Pivot Voucher" This is BS! You don't verify someone by asking him to load money on a cash card! The scammers intention is to get PIN and unload the cash immediately. Once money is stolen, they won't be reachable!
Would you really trust a website which is registered as one, on 26-may-2015 and frantically offering "loans" to all and sundry immediately thereafter! REDFLAG 1
Would you trust the word of a stranger who asks you to buy a buy a re-loadable pivot card and provide them PIN to "verify'! (money would vanish instantly! REDFLAG 2
It takes only few dollars to register a website name and copy content and make a simple website! REDFLAG3
So where is the text on this SCAM WEBSITE copied from?!
1. The entire paragraph commencing from "Loan application was never this easy." and ending at "wait for approval and get your loan in your account in a jiffy." is copied from "donaldcredit.com"
2. The en tire paragraphs commencing from "APR" to "Collections Practices" is lifted from "scotialoans.ca/How-It-Work.aspx"
This is a scam! Don't expect any loan! If you load money on to a pivot card and give them info, they will steal the cash and cut off all contact with you!
The scammers reportedly have Indian accent.
