Scam Phone Number 12026974457, Pretrial Processing regarding litigation aganst me about a payday loan.
vm from a man stating he was calling from the pretrial processing department regarding litigation against me - a payday loan I defaulted on in 2010 I KNEW this was bogus I did not ever take one out -I did research but never signed agreed to or took money out.
He had the last 4 of y social and my job at that time my current cell but thought I lived in a different state ... anyway told him I never took a loan out he insisted - told him even If I had I was unemployed and no money for 60 dollars they could offer a hardship arrangement?
I hung up called back got a woman and asked her company's name and full address she immediately became irritated and asked why I told her my state attorneys office required it in order to investigate my complaint. she hung up it

The words “Pre trial intervention” is being used by scammers only to instill fear and make people believe that there is a way out!. “Pre Trial Intervention” or “Pre Trial Processing”, relates to only first time CRIMINAL offenses and can commence only after a person is arrested but before the criminal trial.
(It entails providing a a second chance through rehabilitative services when those efforts can potentially deter future criminal behavior. Participants are required to perform community service and to participate in individual and group counseling. This has NOTHING to do with a civil offense like non payment of bills or a debt!)
Obviously, the call received by you is a scam since “Pre trial intervention” has no relevance in civil cases like debt.
The best way to stop these calls is to be aggressive and tell the caller you are aware of the scam and the call has already been reported to the police and all of their calls are being taped. Be strong. Raise your voice.
These crooks need people who get easily scared so that they can be forced to pay. They will not pursue and waste time with people who are smart.
