Scam Phone Number 01145566897221, Could not identify the part of the government they are working for.
Calls for another person that says I have received a government grant. I asked them multiple times the part of the government they are working for, but they just avoid the question.

The calls about release of Govt. Grants are 100% fraud. The departments of the Government do not make phone calls citizens to intimate them about benefits. The scam is usually operated from abroad with VOIP calls spoofing local numbers.
And callers generally would have a foreign accent. The scammers would offer to credit the grant money to your account, Provided certain ‘Fee’ is paid immediately (with pre loaded cash cards such as Green Dot Moneypak). The scammer may also steal personal and financial info asking to verify name, address, checking account number, SSN etc.
